Web designers created the worst UI in history
Web design has come a long way over the years, but that doesn’t mean it’s perfect. We are constantly writing about how to make the UI better, how to fix problems with the interface. These are the examples of interface headaches that the parody site User Inyerface makes fun of.
If you are specifically looking for something stupid and narrow-minded, then User Inyerface is the perfect solution for you, which demonstrates the frustrating consequences of a bad user interface. The site was created by the Belgian digital products Agency Bagaar.
And on closer inspection, it really shows that people have worked hard on his work. User Inyerface is just the quintessence of everything you hate about websites. If you have ever filled out your details to register on the site, the questions will look familiar. However, it has never been so difficult for you to enter your name, email address, and date of birth.
This site does everything to make the process as annoying and tricky as possible. Data fields require you to remove the content before you enter your data, instead of the captcha – strange symbols and the buttons are not on familiar places.
Oddly enough, once you realize what it does, the user interface becomes a fun exercise. When you start to think that you have nothing to surprise, a strange slider comes out from the side, which you are struggling with.
And if you are connected with web design, this site also makes you think about your own “sins”.
If you get to the end, you will be greeted by a GIF of a dancing Carlton from “Prince of Beverly hills”. In addition, there is a link to the Agency’s job page, which makes us think: can User Inyerface be a way to filter out the right candidates? If so, it’s brilliant.
